The set of regulations for utilization of the open space of the Marker sports complex in Tehran Pars

TEHRAN (Amordadnews): The regulations for utilization of the open space and sports facilities of Marker, Tehran Pars, was approved on 18 Khordad (8June 2009) by Tehran Zoroastrian Anjuman.
These regulations were prepared by Farhad Keshavarzi, Head of the Commission for Youth, Occupation and Sports, which after review, was approved by members of the Anjuman. Following are the regulations for using the open space of Marker, in 5 paragraphs and regulations for utilization of the sports facilities of Marker in 12 paragraphs:
The regulation for utilization of the open sports space of Marker, Tehran Pars
1-Utilization of the sports ground and the existing facilities in the open space is free on all days of the week, from 8 am to 8 pm, and only for Zoroastrians (except on days when Marker is given to the Janbakhtegan Cup games, camping, Mantra competition, etc.)
2- Athletes should wear clothes that cover the body fully (the standards used in all sports) to avoid causing disturbances for those who are using the green area of Marker.
3-Utilization of the open sports space of Marker is free of charge and Tehran Zoroastrian Anjuman is not responsible for providing sports equipment.
4-Tehran Zoroastrian Anjuman is not responsible for any physical harm due to sports in the open space of Marker.
5-In cases when athletes need the space for team practicing, in preparation for games, they should forward a written request, with a list of the team members, sports insurance card, signed guarantee letter and regulations, showing acceptance of the conditions, through Marker supervisor, to the Youth, Occupation and Sports Commission and after receiving the permission and presenting the timetable to the Marker management, they may start their practices. The Anjuman is not responsible for providing sports facilities and equipment.
Regulations for utilization of sports facilities of Marker, Tehran Pars
1-Utilization of all the sports facilities in this complex is free for Zoroastrians, in the frame of the regulations.
2-Utilization of sports halls with special equipment is only meant for Zoroastrian trainees and under supervision of coaches with coaching certificate, under supervision and coordination of the coach, Marker management and after registration and confirmation of the Youth and Sports Commission.
3-The working hours for sports teams and utilization of the halls is based on the timetable prepared by the youth and Sports Commission and on first-comes-first basis. Odd days are allocated for ladies and even days for gentlemen.
4-No individual may use the halls on individual basis unless supervised by one of the coaches introduced by the Sports Commission and under equal terms with other trainees.
5-Changes in the programs or coordination of the coaches are the responsibility of the Sports Commission and no protest is acceptable. In addition, if some sports fields do not have Zoroastrian coach, with the approval of the Sports Commission, the services of non-Zoroastrian coach will be used.
6-The facilities and equipment that have been donated do not belong to any team or coach, but have been donated to Tehran Zoroastrian Anjuman, established in the Marker complex, and no facility or equipment, after being brought into the complex, may be taken out of Marker, even by the donor, without obtaining prior permission from the Sports Commission.
7-Users are responsible for safe keeping and proper utilization of all existing facilities and equipment; and in case where negligence is observed a warning will be given and if repeated, consequent decision will be taken by the Sports Commission.
8-The coaches and the trainees are responsible for abiding by social, ethical and sports rules and customs, and suitable clothing is necessary in open space and if violation is noted, appropriate action will be taken.
9-Moving the sports items out of the halls is prohibited and the place of the lockers is specified in coordination with the Sports Commission. All sports teams should avoid keeping the sports items and the lockers to themselves, and all the keys of the lockers and the halls are in the custody of Marker management.
10-The fees for every class will be approved by the Sports Commission and the Coach will receive a percentage, after coordination with the Sports Commission. The paid and the received amounts will be settled upon presenting a list by the Marker management.
11-Photography or film taking inside the halls are prohibited. The Anjuman is not responsible for any social harm due to sports and the trainees and coaches should avoid carrying costly items.
12-All decisions of the Youth and Sports Commission should be notified to the members of the Board of Directors.
